1st Interior Youth Parliament

Applications are now open for the 1st Interior Youth Parliament (InYP)!

If you’re passionate about politics, want to make a change in your community, interested in developing skills like public speaking and writing legislation, or want to meet a fantastic group of like-minded young people, InYP is for you!

The Interior Youth Parliament is a regional youth parliament (RYP) organized by the British Columbia Youth Parliament (BCYP), a non-partisan, non-profit organization that aims to serve the youth of BC and educate young people about how to participate in and understand parliamentary procedure and legislative processes.

InYP will take place May 3-5, 2019 at Okanagan Mission Secondary; It is open to anyone aged 14-18 inclusive, who live in the Northern or Southern Interior (see application for more details), and more; please contact us at inyp@bcyp.org if you are unsure if you are inside the regional boundaries).

Outside of the InYP boundaries and still want to come? Apply as an ambassador!
