If you are from Richmond or Delta and are in high school still (age 14-18), apply to attend the very 1st Richmond-Delta Youth Parliament (RDYP) for this upcoming March 1-3. If you live outside of Richmond and Delta, you will still have the opportunity to participate in RDYP as an Ambassador, which will grant you with the exact same debating privileges as a Member. If you require billeting, we are able to make billeting arrangements.
